The T189 EMA Assistant helps marking of the T189 EMA by collecting all student images and marks into one place and making it simple to compare students and make and collate comments on student panels and print out marking forms.
All students are shown simultaneously on the main window and their marks are viewed and entered in a spreadsheet style grid.
The currently selected student panel is shown as thumbnails across the top of the window.
Clicking a thumbnail image will display the picture at full size.
The display is optimised to show images at 100% scale where possible to avoid the ‘jaggies’ or ambiguities caused by interpolation and it will tell you if the image is shown interpolated. On a 1280 x 1024 display a student’s 1024 x 768 image can be shown without interpolation.
Using this tool not only makes it easier and quicker to mark student’s work, but it also reduces the chances of errors as it is less likely a student’s images or scores will get confused with another student.
